Are
Bouvet products adapted to US standards applications?
Bouvet has adapted the French designs to American standards for the
ease of installation. We offer a full-line of high-quality products
that combine a variety of finishes with highly styled designs. Bouvet
uses standard American mortise locks (backset = 2 ½" and 2 ¾" - thickness
= 1 3/8" to 2 ½") as well as standard latches and privacy bolts (backset
= 2 3/8" and 2 ¾"). Our rosettes have a 2 1/8"diameter back plate
that fits right into a US standard pre-drilled door. We also offer
European sets for narrower backsets and stiles.
